1. Introduction
Welcome to MarinaLoop. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Bookings & Payments
Bookings made through MarinaLoop are confirmed by the boat owner or captain. Payments are processed via third-party services such as Stripe or Zelle. By completing a booking, you agree to pay all associated fees and charges. We are not responsible for any payment issues that arise from third-party platforms.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be partially refunded or non-refundable depending on circumstances. MarinaLoop reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather, safety concerns, or boat availability.
4. User Conduct & Responsibilities
You agree to treat boats, captains, and all crew or staff with respect and follow all safety instructions. Damage, misconduct, or unsafe behavior may result in cancellation, removal from the platform, and charges for damages.
5. Limitation of Liability
MarinaLoop acts solely as a booking platform and does not own, operate, or control any boats listed. All boating services are provided by third-party boat owners and captains.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarinaLoop, its owners, affiliates, and team are not liable for any injury, property damage, loss, delays, or other issues arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or participation in any trip. All activities are undertaken at your own risk. You acknowledge that boating involves inherent risks and accept full responsibility for your participation.
6. Modifications to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
