Hey — I'm Axel Alwan, and I started MarinaLoop with one goal in mind: make boating more accessible, easy, and damn enjoyable.

It started with a 10-person Hurricane Sundeck. I realized it was sitting idle too often. So I thought: why not let others enjoy it (and help it pay for itself)? That simple idea sparked something bigger — MarinaLoop.

What began as a captained boat rental side hustle is now evolving into a full-blown platform — think Airbnb, but for boats in St. Pete. We're making it easy for locals and tourists to enjoy the water, without the cost or responsibility of boat ownership.

We're launching a full peer-to-peer platform where boat owners can list their boats, manage availability, and earn — while MarinaLoop handles payments, safety, and support.

Phased rollout:

• Phase 1: Captained trips (my boat)
• Phase 2: Open platform for other owners
• Future: Smart scheduling, add-ons, boat hauler network
